The book features heliographic prints of the abstract painter Julies Sass’s work, produced by her in close collaboration with Steinprent in the Faroe Islands, and a series of dialogues between herself and the artists Arturo Herrera, Erin Lawler, Ann Pibal, and Steel Stillman. Sass asked each of the artists to pose questions about abstraction which both addressed her own work and their own concerns as abstract artists. Part of her response was visual, in the form of the lithographs.
The book has been produced in 200 copies, numbered and signed by the artist. It features in all 18 heliographic prints.
